Promotion and Fundraising
Please send ticket money or any unsold tickets back to rehearsal on either 12/6 or 12/13.
A parent volunteer will be available at the beginning of rehearsal to collect the money for ticket sales.
Thank you for your hard work promoting our first "solo" concert! If you need more tickets to sell, they will be available on 12/6 as well.
There will be a prize for the student that is able to sell the most tickets to our concert, so if you would like more to sell, please ask! There will also be more fliers/post-cards available if you wish to have more.
Prices are $10 for adults, $5 for students/seniors, and children under age 10 are free.
Each singer will receive 2 complimentary tickets closer to concert time.
Our Board of Directors
The board met 11/29, and we have identified a few needs for the future for SNCC:
• Discounted or free pizzas for the "theory and pizza bash" to be held in January
• Discounted or free copying/printing for programs.
If you have a business or know someone who does and might be willing to "donate" toward these items, please respond. Thank you!

We would like to have a reception after the Winter Concert on Saturday, December 16. If you are willing to provide snacks and/or beverages, please contact Kim Steinkellner at 329-6574 to let her know what you can contribute.
Congratulations on two wonderful performances in November. I have heard numerous favorable comments from those who heard you at the Summit Sierra Lights Up! as well as the UNR Thanksgiving Concert at Immaculate Conception Church. You sounded wonderful and looked great in your uniforms!
We are down to the final rehearsals in preparation for our debut concert on Saturday, December 16th. Please remember to be on time to the rehearsals this month and ready to polish our pieces. Our ensemble depends on every singer giving their best. If you are running late to a rehearsal or fall ill and are unable to attend, please call my cell phone to let me know (527-0458).
I have so enjoyed working with you and look forward to sharing our music with your family and friends on December 16 th .

Calendar News
Retreat and Pizza Party
The theory retreat and pizza party vote is in! We will meet to play fun theory games at 4:30 on Saturday, January 6th in the social hall at St. John's . At 6:00 we'll break for a pizza party. This is a great way to make new friends and to get to know each other better. It's also a great time to invite a friend to SNCC. The workshop is free, but you do need to reserve your spot so that we know how many pizzas to buy. Please email Sue Goodenow at fourggirls@sbcglobal.net to let us know that you can come.
Dinner at St Johns
ome of you have asked about the dinners that St. John's has on Wednesday nights. The usual schedule is pizza dinner on the first Wednesday of each month ($7 per person with a maximum of $21 per family), and potluck on the 3rd Wednesday. These dinners are open to the public and you are all welcome to attend!

Both groups will be spending some of the rehearsal in the church sanctuary. Please pickup your singer outside of the sanctuary space. Turn in any ticket money at rehearsal.
