Audition Information

The audition will consist of singing a familiar tune, pitch memory (singing back a phrase), rhythmic echoing and vocalizing (scales) to hear range.

Auditions will be held held at St. John's Presbyterian Church, 1070 W. Plumb Lane in Reno. Interested choristers will audition in groups of 2-4.

There will be a strong emphasis during rehearsals to teach and reinforce music reading skills, basic music theory, sight singing, and vocal production techniques. The repertoire will be selected from high quality children's choir music.
